The Kitchen Playbook
Before You Begin
Two quick steps before Week 1, so you start with the right foundation and a clear baseline.
Take the Baseline Survey
Before your first week, we'd love to know where you're starting from. This short survey captures your current kitchen confidence and cooking habits. Your answers help us track how much you grow over 12 weeks and help make the program better for everyone.
📋 Take the Baseline SurveyDownload the Kitchen Playbook Guide
This guide explains the three core cooking formulas behind every recipe in the program, how the weekly recipe network works, and includes a Flavor Profiles cheat sheet. Read it once before Week 1 and everything that follows will make much more sense.
Download the Playbook GuideThe Three Cooking Formulas
Every recipe in this program is built on one of three flexible frameworks. Learn these once and you'll be able to cook with almost any ingredients and understand how each week's guides connect.
Formula 1: The Sheet Pan
Everything goes on one pan. The oven does the work. You walk away. The most forgiving method in the kitchen and the leftovers are just as good the next day.
Formula 2: The Grain Bowl
Cook a batch of grain once and it becomes the base for multiple meals all week. Add whatever protein and vegetables you have, a complete meal in 10 minutes.
Formula 3: The One-Pot
For when you have time but not energy. Soups, stews, and hearty bean dishes all follow this structure. Cook once and eat for three days or freeze portions for future weeks.
